Careers

As Iowa’s statewide public television network, our mission is to educate, inform, enrich and inspire Iowans with the support of our foundation. Our team of about 100 full and part-time employees serve you with locally produced programs, broadcast services, education and engagement initiatives that contribute to our mission.

The Iowa PBS Foundation, also known as Friends of Iowa PBS, secures support through various fundraising activities including our membership program, major gifts, planned gifts, corporate sponsorship, grants and earnings from our investments/endowment. A separate 501(c)3 organization, the foundation employs approximately 18 individuals and reports to an independent, statewide board of directors.

Our organizations are made strong by highly qualified, diverse and talented staff members who are vital to our future.
