Spice it up with Milk Street

Join Friends of Iowa PBS on Tuesday, February 15 at 4:30 p.m. for a virtual cooking class with Rosemary Gill, director of education for Christopher Kimball's Milk Street. During the live online cook-along, you'll learn their never-fail approach to blending your own spices, when to use ground or whole spices, and the difference between toasting and blooming.
