Small businesses on the next Iowa Press Special: Coronavirus
On the next Iowa Press Special: Coronavirus, a panel of economic and business experts will participate in a discussion of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Iowa small businesses, and answer viewer questions submitted via email and social media.
This one-hour special program will be recorded Friday, April 17 at 12:30 p.m. It will be broadcast that evening at 7:30 p.m. and repeated Sunday, April 19 at 11:30 a.m. on Iowa PBS. Iowa Press Special: Coronavirus will be streamed on iowapbs.org, YouTube and Facebook Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
The panel will include Debi Durham, director of the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Iowa Finance Authority; Mike Ralston, president of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry; and Jessica Dunker, president of the Iowa Restaurant Association. Joining moderator David Yepsen at the Iowa Press table will be Kay Henderson, news director for Radio Iowa.
Viewers may submit questions for the panel prior to recording. Questions must be received by 10 a.m. on Friday, April 17 via email at iowapress@iowapbs.org, Twitter @IowaPress or the Iowa PBS Facebook page.
