Girls State Softball Championships on Iowa PBS
Don’t miss any of the girls state softball action! As teams battle to get their tickets punched to the state tournament, Iowa PBS is preparing for live coverage of the championship games.
The statewide network’s commitment to girls high school sports coverage continues as teams from across the state take to the field for the 2022 IGHSAU Girls State Softball Championships. Coverage of each class title match will take place Thursday, July 21 and Friday, July 22 at the Harlan Rogers Sports Complex in Fort Dodge. Each match will be broadcast live on statewide Iowa PBS and livestreamed on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and iowapbs.org.

Thursday, July 21
- Class 5A - Waukee Northwest Wolves vs. Fort Dodge Dodgers
- Class 4A - Winterset Huskies vs. Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs
Friday, July 22
- Class 3A - Mount Vernon Mustangs vs. Davenport Assumption Knights
- Class 2A - Wilton Beavers vs. Regina Catholic Regals
- Class 1A - Southeast Warren Warhawks vs. Twin Cedars Sabers
