Ask the Expert: Holiday Charcuterie Recap

On December 12 at 6 p.m., charcuterie board enthusiasts gathered online for a holiday edition of Ask the Expert, our virtual event series connecting people to a variety of local experts specializing in cooking, DIY, or arts and culture. 

Led by charcuterie board stylist and cheese educator, Abbi Gibson of One Board Gal, this interactive cheese and charcuterie demonstration reviewed her signature five-step method for creating stunning, Instagram-worthy boards. Abbi discussed essential tips on selecting and cutting different types of cheese, how to pair unique flavors together and what seasonal accoutrements are a must-try. 

Attendees asked questions during the live event and received personalized suggestions and feedback.
