Tropical Christmas Mocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. banana macadamia syrup
1 oz. pineapple shrub
2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
2 oz. coconut water
12 oz. ginger beer
Directions
In in a cocktail shaker, add banana macadamia syrup, pineapple shrub, lime juice and coconut water. Fill shaker with ice, and shake until ice cold.
Add ice to two tall cocktail glasses. Strain half of the pineapple mixture into one glass, and the rest to the other. Top both with ginger beer. Serve and enjoy.
