Quinoa and Kohlrabi Salad

A light a refreshing salad from chef Katy Meyers.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked Quinoa
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
Salt and Pepper
1 chopped kohlrabi plus its leaves
1 thinly sliced radish
1 thinly sliced salad turnip

Directions

In a large bowl add, sesame oil and rice vinegar together and mix into a dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste, kohlrabi, radish, and turnip. Toss together and add cooked quinoa. Mix together. Season with salt pepper, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy.
