Maple Glazed Salmon
This recipe is sweet, salty and so good!
Ingredients
4 - 6oz. skinless salmon filets
1/3 c. real maple syrup
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Green onions
Black pepper
Directions
Combine maple syrup, soy sauce and garlic in a shallow container. Place salmon in dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a baking dish and transfer marinated salmon to the dish. Bake 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
While salmon is baking, pour marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring frequently until reduced.
Serve with glaze, green onions and black pepper drizzled over the top.
