Candied Pecans
Ingredients
1 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 T. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the pecan in a heavy skillet and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is bubbling. Add the pecans and cook, stirring constantly, for at least 3 minutes, until the sugar is melted and the pecans are completely coated. Remove from the heat and spread the pecans on parchment paper to cool. Break apart and enjoy!
