Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
2 small boxes of sugar free gelatin (cranberry, orange, or lemon)
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 large can crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 stalk celery diced in small pieces
1 apple diced in small pieces
2 cups boiling water
Directions
Mix gelatin and hot water and stir thoroughly. Add cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, apple, and celery. Mix together. Fold mixture into a large glass baking dish. Refrigerate until gelatin is set. Letting gelatin set overnight is best.
Serve and enjoy!
*finely chopped nuts may be added for additional flavor
