Vincent Van Goat Pizza

Ingredients

Rosemary Olive Oil(8oz Olive oil: 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary) 1.5 tbs
Honey Ham- 6 slices, halved
Genoa Salami- 4 slices, cut into 4 strips
Goat Cheese- 1/2 Cup
Fried Peppers- 15 Strips
Capers- 2 TBs
Balsamic Vinegar- 2 oz.
Romano- 1 tbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees with pizza stone in it. Brush crust with Rosemary OO, lay salami strips evenly, fold ham halves in half and place evenly across crust, crumble goat cheese over pizza, add peppers and capers and place in oven for 4 minutes, rotate 180 and cook 3 more minutes. Remove slice and with a spoon drizzle the vinaigrette on the pie. Sprinkle with Romano. Enjoy
