Rhubarb Margarita
Ingredients
2 cups rhubarb
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup tequila
Ice
Directions
Add water and sugar to sauce pan and bring a rolling boil.Cook rhubarb in boiling sugar-water for 5 minutes until soft. Pour water and rhubarb into blender, puree, then strain. Put rubarb in refridgratoruntil chilled through.
Once chilled,add lime juice and tequila. Shake with ice. Then pour over ice.
Garnish with rhubarb swizzle stick and enjoy.
