2015 Terrace Hill Piano Competition

Playing the piano is more than memorizing notes on a page. It's an art. It's coming to know a piece of music, to find its emotional core, and to communicate that emotion with an audience. Students of the piano spend hours a week practicing, finessing, and fine-tuning their skills and once a year, some of the finest high school musicians in Iowa share their talents and skills for everyone to enjoy.
