Vintage Czech Salad

Ingredients
5 cups of any combination of the following sliced/diced fresh ingredients:
- broccoli
- green olives
- carrots
- celery
- cucumbers
- onions
- red peppers
- radishes
- 4 cups of sliced/diced zucchini
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black or garlic pepper
- Fresh or powered dill
Instructions
Combine veggies in a large container.
Bring to a boil sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and dill.
Stir to dissolve.
Strain, cool to warm and pour over veggies.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve with a slotted spoon.
