Para Swimmer - Isaiah Picard

Para swimmer - Isaiah Picard is the youngest of five siblings - all swimmers. Born with spina bifida and confined to a wheelchair, he began swimming at a young age - persevering through high school, and on to the state swimming championships. He would like to see other para swimmers take the splash as well.
