Studio 3 LIVE: Dickie Recording

7 p.m.
Iowa PBS
6450 Corporate Dr., Johnston, IA

Don't miss your chance to be part of the Studio 3 LIVE audience this season. Catch Dickie as he takes the Studio 3 LIVE stage on Wednesday, April 30 at 7 p.m. at Iowa PBS. This performance will be recorded in front of a live audience.

Dickie, the musical project of Iowa native Dick Prall, blends indie rock, folk, pop and heartland rock. Known for his honest songwriting and engaging live shows, Dickie has been part of the Midwest music scene for over two decades. His latest EP explores themes of anxiety, loss, and resilience set to ’60s-inspired melodies. As Dickie, he continues to create songs that speak to anyone who’s ever felt a little out of step.

Iowa PBS is offering local music lovers an opportunity to experience this intimate, live concert recording session as a member of the studio audience. Attendees will be seated onstage and can expect to be immersed in the energetic atmosphere of a live concert performance. To ensure more music lovers have the chance to enjoy this experience, we kindly ask that guests attend no more than three live recordings this season. This helps us share these unforgettable performances with as many community members as possible.

Stage seating is very limited and must be reserved in advance. Registered attendees will need to arrive at 6:30 p.m. with the hour-long recording session beginning at 7 p.m.
